DIY Windshield Crack Repair Kit

These DIY Kits are professional grade windshield crack repair kits that have a tool we imported because it placed in the top 3 in windshield repair tool lab tests. It is not the high build quality of the Ultra Bond Wonder Bar Tools we manufacture.  It has lower power which is good for chip repairs on hot windshields and for beginners and for sliding down a long crack because it does not push the crack closed. 

The tool can slide by straddling a crack as shown in our crack repair training manual. At the edge of an edge crack you can just bottle-slide with the injector seal tip the edge area with 1600 or 2400 resin first, then go the the other end called the point.

Set up at the point on the drilled hole you made. Start using the 100 resin, then 200 resin when you get some experience and eventually move up to 400 resin when you get even more experience. 

Place two crack-openers side-by-side to open the crack at the point. Place one about an inch from the drill hole you made and the other right next to it. After the resin starts to flow, then you slide the tool slowly down the crack keeping the resin flow in front of the injector, just as you see in our videos. Stop in the middle when you meet up with the edge crack resin you injected in the edge area.  This is called the meet-in-the-middle method invented and patented by me.
