This is the Star Flexor and Crack Opener Bolt, the longest of the bolts that are designed to help flex the windshield during either a windshield crack repair or windshield chip repair. This 1 and 1/2 inch crack opener bolt is placed differently per configuration. The Star Flexor is designed to enable windshield repair technicians to handle more complex star-breaks and their legs. This bolt makes it possible to not have to press onto the windshield with a probe to open up the glass. Ultra Bond developed components like this to make windshield chip repair and crack repair easy!
