Windshield Repair Lawsuit

Ultra Bond, Inc. and Richard Campfield have filed a Federal Lanham Act lawsuit in the United States District Court of Ohio. Campfield is being represented one of the most prominent and successful plaintiff firms in the nation Berger and Montague. Berger and Montague have collected over $22 billion in judgments and settlements and is the firm that recently filed the class action against the auto insurance industry on behalf of independent  (non-participant) auto body shops i.e Crawford vs. State Farm.
